Design Background

After discussions and research, we found that Inland Housing Solutions has been innovative in providing custom housing solutions for your target market along with starting the organization with the heart. The logos here were designed with the following requirements to keep in mind:

• Want a more modern looking logo

• A logo that is innovative/creative

• Leans on the simple side and clean

• Have a Technology/Data / Geographical Info Systems (GIS) feel to it

• Nice to show Customized Solutions

• Show Passion / Heart / approachable / accessible

• Gender-neutral

• Avoid a design that looks like a construction company or developer

• Housing is the word for focus vs. Inland

• Convert of fit in a Square for social media use

• Shows well on different formats (e.g. digital, print, embroidery, etc.)

• Would like it to easily convert into a circle badge or emblem

• Stands out or easily recognizable among other competitors/similar organizations logos

• Colors Pallete

  • Blue (for knowledge, trust, honesty)

  • And Green (for tech, success & growth)
